She assists people in moving from a state of overwhelm and frustration to one of calm\, order and control of their space by creating systems based on their way of processing things\, so that it will work for them\, and allow for easy retrieval and ongoing management. \nIn this presentation\, Tanja will be talking about decluttering\, organizing\, down-sizing\, and move management. In this role she helps older adults with the transition of moving\nfrom their current home to a retirement community or smaller condo\, and she\nmanages absolutely everything that needs to be done for a move.\nHer previous careers were in IT as a Business Systems Analyst\, and Real Estate.\nShe’s happy she made the change because she’s very passionate about her work\nand helping others find peace and order\, and less stress in their life. \n  \n
