Carlos is originally from Chile\, South America\, but has been living in Canada for over 35 years. He has been an instructor for a First Nation college for the last 22 years\, teaching\, as well as learning the ways of the “traditional” first people of the Turtle Island (North America). \n\nCarlos has studied and taught various spiritual traditions and disciplines\, including meditation\,  yoga\, breathing techniques\, Gnosticism\, Reiki and other spiritual restoration techniques and healing methods.
