Introduction to the Theme: Energy Exchange
This month’s theme is Energy Exchange! One of my most favourite “practices” is to focus on where we place our energy, what energy we are giving and what energy we are receiving. It is always an exchange! Know your worth and your value. Are you getting back what you put in? How can you make changes or shift this when needed? Awareness is key and practicing an “intentional energy exchange” is a great place to start!

Continuing with Energy Exchange – Week 2 – Check in! Let’s discuss how energy is all around us. Energy as vibration and frequency. It is in all of the mediums around us. What are the messages and energy exchange we receive through these mediums? How are we receiving energy through our senses? We overlook many ways that energy is all around us and affecting us daily and strive to become more aware and conscious of this energy flow.

In our Energy Exchange Mindful Movement we are playing with the energies in our body. We are trying to notice the subtle vibrations of our hands and skin after moving our lymph and circulation purposefully.
